If the Ezras Noshim is on the same floor as the men section and the Sefer Touroh approaches a woman should she a) take her siddur and touch the Touroh Mantel with it and kiss the siddur or b) should she bow in the direction of the Sefer Touroh?

This question could be only in a Shul in which the women are in the same level as the men, and the Mechitzo is very low.
This never existed in Ashkenaz. In the past the women were in the same level with the men, but there was a high Mechitzo, and in the last generations the women were in a higher floor, and then sometimes there could be a low Mechitzo or bars.
