Is there a special trop for krias haTauroh for Raush HaShannoh and Yaum Kippur? Is it also used by medakdikim for Shemaŋ on those days?

Yes there is.
But according to Minhag FFAM it is not used for Maftir, and not for Shma too, only for the Keri'oh of the day. (On Simchas Torah it is not used at all, unlike in Polish and Litvish shuls).
