Does one repeat the last posuk "Ourech yomim asbiayhu..." during Pesukei D'Zimroh or on Moutzoei Shabbos?

The Minhag in the last generations is to repeat the last Posuk, on Motzoei Shabbos and in Psukei Dezimroh.
The Yosef Ometz (Siman נו) brings that the source for repeating on Motzoei Shabbos is the Tur and Siddur R' Hertz Treivish. The reason brought for this is that this way the name of Hashem is full, and this causes Shmiro from Mazikim.
The Rokeach (פירוש הרוקח על הסידור, עמוד תקפט) says the first time it should be said silently, and the second time out loud.

The Rokeach says the reason for repeating the last posuk on Motzaei Shabbos is to lengthen the day of Shabbos so that the return of the sinners of Israel to Gehinnom will be delayed a little more.
BTW, the Minhag is not to say YBE on Motzaei Shabbos before Yom Tov. This is merely an observation. The Rokeach (Siman 20) says that all of Alef Beis is found in this prayer except for the Zayin, to signify that it is not said on the Motzaei Shabbos immediately preceding seven occasions: Pesach, Shavuos, Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkos, Shemini Atzeres and Shabbos Chol HaMoeid.
