We do not say "Kadisho" Hodein in Kadish Derabbonon. There is no such nusach in the sources. Rav Hamburger shlit"a told me that he does not know who made up that addition.
Additionally, the Steipler Gaon (R. Y.Y. Kanievsky z"l) expressed opposition to saying Kadisho.
