Why is it there is no recording of the Yehi Ratzon for Mevorchim hachodesh?

There is no recording for the Yehi Ratzon since it is not said at KAYJ. original minhag Ashkenaz didn't have the Yehi Ratzon, and in Frankfurt the minhag is not to say it ( Divrei Kehillos pg 89).
The reason it is not said is since it is a problem to ask for earthly needs on Shabbos. The Yehi Rotzon talks about parnoso etc. and it is mentioned in the Gemoro (Brachot daf טז amud ב) as a prayer that Rav used to pray after his regular Shmone esre. The Oruch Hashulchon (Orach Chayim siman תיז se'if ט) talks against saying it for these reasons.

How come R' Breuer writes in Minhagei Yeshurun (pg 7, #25) that the, "Yehi Ratzon is said before Mevorchim Hachodesh.

In KAJ (in Washington Heights), Yehi Ratzon is said before Mevorchim Hachodesh even though according to Minhag FFD”M it was not. I do not know if that was done already before Rav Breuer came about two years after the shul’s establishment in New York.

I would like to add that Chazzan Weiss (of KAJ) before recording the melody for the Yehi ratzon, says "this is a melody for the Yehi ratzon, although in Frankfurt this was not said".

According to Nusach Ashkanz, at the the end of Brichat Hahodesh, does someone living in Israel say the long or short version of יחדשהו? (I go to an Ashkenaz Shule that says the long version).
Also if I go to a Shule that says יהי רצון מלפניך on the Shabbat before Rosh Hodesh do I say it?

The Chazon Ish held that one should always say the short Yechadshehu and shouldn't say Yehi Rotzon, even when Davening in a shul that says the long Yechadshehu and says Yehi Rotzon. The reason for this is because in the long Yechadshehu and Yehi Rotzon there is a problem of Bakoshas Tzrochim in Shabbos.
