Is the Minhag to recite Ma Yakkar after putting on one's Tallis? If it is said, is this a universal Yekkish custom or only in certain communities?

Nevertheless, in Rabbi Hamburger's Siddur, this custom is brought, at least as a Yesh Omrim.
