Both in the brochous following the Shabbos Haftorohous and during Musaf does one say "Youm HaShabbos (V'Youm ....) Hazeh" or "Youm Hamonouach (V'Youm ....) Hazeh"? I understand the recital of "Youm Hamonouach Hazeh" was originally the nusach in Europe and supported by Rashi and others (and cited by the Maharil). This nusach is still retained by the Sephardim and the Taimanim.

The Minhag is to say Yom Hashabos Hazeh. The Maharil brings the Minhag of Yom Hamanoach as Minhag Ostreich, and says that although there is a proof from Rashi that he held of this Minhag, he does not understand why they left the Loshon Haposuk "Yom Hashabbos". Yom Hamanoach is the old Minhag Bovel (Babylonia) and Sphorad (Spain).
Historically, Rashi practiced Minhag Tzorfas (France), and Minhag Ostreich is based partially on Minhag France. Minhag France had some influence from Minhag Spain.
