Classic German Yeshivous was created by rallisw
The various learning methods of Eastern European yeshivous [Telz, Mir, Kelm, Volozhin, Navardok, etc.] are well known. What were the learning methods of classic yeshivous in Germany? Did they only learn Talmud or a mixture of Tanach, Mishnoh, Gemoro, Halochoh? Is it a method of learning that can be brought back, which could be shown as an alternative to other yeshivous?

Rav Hamburger just issued a monumental three volume work on the Yeshiva of Fuerth. Yeffe Nof are distributing the books in the US. Interested parties are referred there.
