Havdoloh - when/where to raise kos and neir was created by MPerlman
At which words in Havdalah is the cup raised and at which words is the fire raised? Also, is the cup raised at "Kos Yeshu'os Essa"?

I know of two different Minhogim:
One Minhag raises the cup and the candle only at the end of the borcho, at Hamavdil Bein Kodesh (then one raises the cup) Lechol (then one raises the candle).
Another Minhag raises in addition - at the beginning of the Brocho (at the same words - Hamavdil Bein Kodesh, cup, Lechol, candle), and also at Bein Yom Hashvi'i (cup) Lesheishes Yemei Hama'ase (candle).
