"Ki shem Hashem" was created by meirk

Do all ashkenazim say "Ki shem Hashem" before Mincho and Mussof? Or is this a Gr"o minhag, and the Yekes don't say this?

Minhag Ashkenaz in general was not to say Ki Sheim. Only very few said it. Also Minhag Hagro is not to say Ki Sheim.
