Ma'arovis for Purim was created by Melech
While it obviously is not currently in use anywhere, what is the status of the piyyut "Leil Shikkorim hu zeh Hallayloh" (found on p. 583 of the "old-print" Machzor Vitri) ? Was this piyyut ever recited anywhere, and was it even composed to be recited? Some people I've showed it to have guessed that it was only meant as a joke, and the pun of "leil shikkorim" seems to lend credence to that hypothesis.

Most likely this was never said, and it was a Purim joke, (it was not written by the Machzor Vitri, it was only found in the same hand script).
