Before Ma Nishtano was created by meirk
There is a minhog in klal Yisroel, to remove the keoro from the table, before saying Ma Nishtano.
The minhog in our family (Minhog Fuerth), is to remove only the zeroua and the beitso from the keoro before Ma Nishtano.
Did anyone hear about this minhog? What's the reason?

My father O"h removed the Zeroa & Beitzo prior to Ho Lachmo Anyo, this minhag has two reasons:
1) So that it a mistake shouldn't be made that these items are actual Kodshim
2) To get the youngest to ask - which is also why we take the Keoro off the table prior to Mah Nishtano

In the sefer Minhogim (written in Yiddish) by R"S Ginsburg (printed in Venice in 5350), he mentions this minhog, that before Mah Nishtanoh the whole Ke'oroh is removed, and before Ho Lachmo Anyoh only the Zro'a and egg are removed.
