According to our Minhag, do women say Tachanun?

Well, I have heard people say that women do not recite Tachanun - many don't seem to have ever recited it. Yet, I have it on good word from several people that their Yekkish mothers certainly recited Tachanun - along with just about everything else except for Kiddush Levonoh (I believe that has to do with not having men and women mixing in the streets - similar to women not lighting Chanukah candles since it was common to do outside. Perhaps another reason is since Kiddush Levonoh is time bound).

There is no reason for women not to say Tachanun, but women are not mechuyov to say all of the Davening, and Tachanun is definitely part of the Davening in which they are not mechuyov.
