pesukim at end of Oleinu was created by rallisw
When were the pesukim of "HaShem yimlouch l'oulom voed"and "V'neh-ehmar v'hoyo HaShem..." included in Oleinu?

They came in from Tefilas Malchuyos of Rosh Hashono. The old French Minhag was to say Kakosuv Besorosecho Hashem Yimloch. According to the Ari z"l, Vene'emar as well was added. Some added after that Uvesoroscho Kosuv Le'emor, Shma Yisroel too. This last addition was very much seen in Reform Siddurim!

This topic is touched upon in an article in the recently published (by Machon Moreshes Ashkenaz) Yerushoseinu III (see p.161-163), about kaddish after oleinu according to minhag Ashkenaz, by R. Shlomo Chaim Auman.

Do I say at the end of Oleinu according to Nusach Ashkenaz, ככתוב בתורתך till שמו אחד or stop at כִּי הַמַּלְכוּת שֶׁלְּךָ הִיא, וּלְעוֹלְמֵי עַד תִּמְלֹךְ בְּכָבוֹד like the old nusach?

According to the old Minhag Ashekenaz (which is practiced in KAYJ and all Machon Moreshes Ashkenaz Shuls) this is not added, since it is not considered part of Oleinu. If one is in a different Shul he doesn't need to say this Psukim too. If one is in a different Shul, and would like to say (himself) Kaddish after Oleinu, he should say these Psukim (but Kaddish after Oleinu is quite problematic according to Minhag Ashkenaz).
