According to Minhag Ashkenaz, Slichos are said on בה"ב at the beginning of Iyyor (at the same time said by Minhag Polin), and on בה"ב at the second half of Cheshvon (See page 366 on Divrei Kehillos ). The nusach can be found in the Rodelheim (with Piyyutim) or in the Baer Siddur.

The Pizmonim are - On שני קמא, Yisroel Nosha Bashem. On חמישי, Roeh Yisroel Hazinoh. On שני בתרא, Hashem Hashem.
The melodies can be found on the Nusach Project , under Yearly cycle, Fasts of BeHaB.

Rav Hamburger writes in the Luach, that some fast the whole day and some fast only partially.

Is it known if women fasted/fast behab? (It would seem to me that the reasons for behab would apply no less to women as men (such as overeating, indulging in inappropriate conduct) but this would not say if women were or were not nohaig to fast).

There were many women who fasted behab in Ashkenaz.
