Paragraphs after "Baruch Hamavdil" in Havdalah

I've been using the 1906 French edition of the Siddur Sefat Emet (Rödelheim/Durlacher) as a reference for certain elements of the siddur text and instructions (My French is better than my German). However, knowing that the Rödelheim printers after Heidenheim were not as medakdek, I take some elements with a grain of salt. For example, there are two paragraphs printed after the last berachah of Havdalah (המבדיל בין קדש לחול), which are printed: המבדיל וכולי and a רבון העולמים. Were these paragraphs said in Frankfurt?
